1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the xau707 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or for persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully permitted to access and use online betting services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform or any associated service operated by the Company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of xau707 or any affiliated entity.
• You must ensure that online betting is not prohibited under the laws of your specific local jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify compliance with applicable local laws before registering.

3 Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

xau707 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for that refusal.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Account Security: You must notify xau707 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accurate Information: Any Account found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

xau707 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires you to submit the following documents upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking screen showing your name and account number).

xau707 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our team may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5 Deposits

All deposits to xau707 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per individual transaction via standard bank transfer. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP Members upon request.
• Accepted Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes during normal operating hours. If a deposit is not reflected after 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transfer receipt.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made from third-party bank accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will be declined and returned.
• No Deposit Fees: xau707 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xau707 accepts no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing standards:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction for standard Members. Enhanced limits apply to verified VIP Members.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes on average during Indonesian banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next available business session.
• KYC Requirement: Completed identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be approved. See Clause 4 for full KYC requirements.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the deposit method used. xau707 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Wagering Requirement: Any active Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal to Source: xau707 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source in cases where anti-money-laundering protocols require it.

xau707 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. Members will be notified promptly if such a review is initiated, and the review will be completed within 24 hours in standard cases.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

xau707 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30× the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses expire 14 days after the date of crediting, unless a specific promotion states a different validity window. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active is not permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets (minimum odds 1.50) typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Right to Modify: xau707 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Members.
• Verification Required: Bonuses are available only to Members who have provided a verified email address and mobile number. Some promotions may require completed KYC verification.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the xau707 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, crash games) are published in dedicated rule pages accessible from the Platform's help section.

• Minimum Bet: Rp 1.000 per wager across all markets, unless a specific game or market states otherwise.
• Maximum Bet: Market-specific maximum stake limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. xau707 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet for any Member at any time.
• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid and binding once you have received a confirmation from the Platform. Bets are not accepted in the event of technical failure prior to confirmation.
• Obvious Errors: xau707 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., due to a data feed failure or pricing error). Members will be notified and stakes refunded in full.
• Sportsbook — Voor Bola Markets: Asian handicap (voor bola) bets follow standard Asian Handicap rules. In the event of match postponement or cancellation before the required completion time, all affected wagers are voided and stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. xau707 will not accept bets placed after the relevant event has concluded.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the ticket to be paid. If one leg is void, it is removed from the parlay and the remaining legs stand. Minimum two valid selections are required for a parlay to count.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit identified software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to xau707 first.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to convert Bonus Funds to real money at zero risk.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions via your bank or payment provider after placing bets with those funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by local law.

xau707 actively monitors all Account activity using real-time risk management systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. The Company will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.

10 Responsible Gaming

xau707 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a comprehensive range of player protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xau707 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of xau707 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of xau707.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets (including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. xau707 operates under valid licensing agreements with all content providers.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xau707 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or third-party system outages.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by banking partners, e-wallet providers, or payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Any decisions made by you based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of xau707 to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xau707 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

xau707 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds held within that Account, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by a Member's bank or payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity — Accounts with no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their account.

Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily should contact our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after satisfying all outstanding wagering requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

xau707 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xau707 holds its international operating license.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and xau707, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly and amicably at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to the competent dispute resolution body as designated by our licensing authority.

By registering an Account, you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction described above. This does not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.
